Memory Governance for Multi-AI Teams

Turquoise Bridge

Memory governance for multi-AI teams.

AI agents are spreading faster than most teams can govern them. Turquoise Bridge helps teams keep control of memory, access, private data, human approval, vendor dependence, and audit trails.

Most teams are adding AI tools before they have clear rules.

What Turquoise Bridge provides.

A practical framework for teams building with AI tools, agents, and automations.

AI Workflow & Risk Snapshot

A practical review for small teams, creators, guides, photographers, agencies, nonprofits, and local businesses.

AI Workflow & Risk Snapshot

$300 / pilot engagement

  • Current workflow map — how you are actually using AI today
  • Safe automation opportunities — where AI can reduce real burden
  • Data and privacy risk notes — what needs attention before you automate
  • What not to automate — based on your specific context
  • Tool recommendations — matched to your scale and needs
  • 30-day action plan — clear next steps, not a 90-page report

This grew out of a live system, not a whitepaper.

Turquoise Bridge grew out of a live private multi-AI operating system built around governed memory, agent role boundaries, human oversight, chain of custody, and correction without erasure.

The private organism is not for sale.

The bridge pattern exists so other teams can build safer AI workflows of their own.

Built toward recognized standards.

Turquoise Bridge is being developed in alignment with:

ISO/IEC 42001 AI management system structure — governance, risk, and accountability for AI systems
NIST AI RMF Risk management framework — Govern, Map, Measure, Manage
OWASP LLM Top 10 Prompt injection, data leakage, excessive agency, memory poisoning, and eight more application-level risks
SOC 2 Security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy — future readiness track

Current status. Not audit-ready. Ready for internal review, pilot engagements, and proof-of-work development. We say what we are, not what we hope to be.
